Job Description
We are looking for a full-time faculty member to become part of our Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, specifically within the Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) division. - High-risk ultrasounds
- Prenatal consultations
- Antepartum care
- Practice within the Albany Med Faculty Physician Group and its associated inpatient facilities.
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and MFM fellows.
- Engage in scholarly activities, with chances for regional and national presentations and publications.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG).
- Eligible for New York State medical licensure.

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology comprises five clinical divisions, including General Obstetrics and Gynecology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Family Planning, and Urogynecology. The department supports 24 residents and 3 MFM fellows (one per year). The MFM division conducts fetal echocardiography, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and other advanced procedures.
