Job Overview and QualificationsThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care and overseeing all functions within the unit or department during their assigned shift. Working alongside other management team members, the CNC directs, monitors, and assesses nursing care in line with established policies and procedures. This role also serves as a resource for staff and exemplifies a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values, thereby supporting an exceptional patient experience and clinical outcomes that enhance overall departmental performance.
