Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position is based on-site and involves providing direct occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the independence, safety, and overall quality of life for our senior residents.

• Execute care plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
