Physical Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our senior living community. In this role, you will:

• Evaluate residents' mobility and physical capabilities.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at improving safety, independence, and overall quality of life.
• Collaborate closely with nursing and care teams to provide education on fall prevention strategies and home exercise routines.
• Document residents' progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Contribute to fostering a positive and growth-oriented atmosphere within the community.
