The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)!
We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our facility located in Millville, NJ. This role can be filled by either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $122,720 to $128,960, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals at the facility. This position is integral to achieving our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a license as a registered nurse. They should be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is required, along with passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also necessary.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the APRN must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the PA must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their practice states.

Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Salary Range

Annual Salary: $122,720.00 - $128,960.00
