Act as a liaison to deliver marketing and advertising resources to support the division's needs. ~5+ years of experience in residential sales, marketing, or a related field. ~ Bachelor's degree required, along with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. ~ Experience developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, and measuring performance. ~ Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and current marketing trends. ~ Exceptional organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills, including vendor and partner management. ~ An enthusiastic, flexible and supportive attitude that promotes teamwork across the market. ~ Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the greater Phoenix metro area.
