We are seeking a dedicated licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are committed to helping children improve communication, language development, and early academic success in a supportive preschool environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide speech therapy services to preschool students (ages 3–5) with diverse communication needs
•Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for speech and language disorders
•Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
•Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions in a school-based setting
•Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
•Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
•Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
•Active or eligible Colorado SLP license
•Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CF candidates may be considered)
•Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
•Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
