We're currently seeking a motivated and professional BDC Agent to join our team and help drive our business forward by connecting with potential customers and setting appointments for our sales department.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and text messages
Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects, schedule appointments, and drive traffic to the
showroom
Maintain customer database with accurate and up- to-date information
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth
handoffs
Follow up with no-shows and unsold leads
Deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements:
Previous BDC, call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable using CRM software and dealership tools (training available)
