Residential HVAC and Plumbing Technician

PAY: performance-based pay ranging from $100,000–$175,000 per year

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential systems independently
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• EPA Certification

At least three years of residential service experience, familiarity with ServiceTitan, strong customer communication and presentation skills, and confident independent diagnostics are preferred.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday from 7 AM–4 PM, with on-call rotation, overtime availability, and direct dispatch from home, no reporting to a central office.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC AND PLUMBING TECHNICIAN

In this role, you'll dispatch directly from home, traveling to residential service calls where you diagnose HVAC and plumbing systems and complete repairs. You'll communicate solutions clearly, document work accurately, and recommend proactive improvements, all while maintaining a professional appearance and an organized truck.
