What You'll Do
Hunt New Business
- Identify and target new prospects throughout the Dallas market
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan that includes cold calling, networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase solutions and create excitement
- Negotiate agreements, close deals, and exceed sales goals
- Turn prospects into loyal, long-term clients
Become a Trusted Partner
- Build strong relationships through networking events, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and community involvement
- Learn your clients' businesses inside and out to provide staffing solutions that truly make an impact
- Conduct client visits and job site tours to understand hiring needs and workplace environments
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure fast, accurate placements
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally while strengthening the relationship
Own Your Territory
- Manage your sales pipeline and keep detailed client notes
- Track activity, opportunities, and results to maximize growth
- Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact to successful placement
- Continuously look for new opportunities to grow revenue and expand existing accounts
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of sales experience (staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A passion for business development and winning new accounts
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Confidence, resilience, and a competitive drive to succeed
- The ability to connect with decision-makers and build trust quickly
- A willingness to get out from behind the desk and make things happen
