Our Nurse Residency Fellowship is designed to support new graduate RNs as they transition into professional practice. What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
- Experience: PICU/PEDS RN experience preferred
- License: Eligible to earn RN licnese in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
