This individual will work directly with a team of four advisors and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and enjoys building relationships while helping clients navigate administrative and service-related needs.
This position combines client service, practice management, and operational support. Responsibilities include assisting with account openings and maintenance, coordinating client meetings, managing service requests, tracking business through completion, and supporting advisors in delivering a high level of service to clients.

This person should be organized, with strong attention to detail, and excellent communications skills. This is a client facing role with an expectation to consistently interact with our valued clients. We need someone who is proficient in a Windows/PC work environment.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Supporting advisors in cultivating and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients
- Assisting with client onboarding, account openings, transfers, and account maintenance
- Coordinating and scheduling client meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and follow-up items
- Tracking new business and service requests from initiation through completion
- Serving as a point of contact for client service inquiries and ensuring timely resolution
- Assisting advisors with ongoing client communication and relationship management
- Supporting annual account reviews, compliance requirements, and household maintenance activities
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a consistently high level of client service
- Providing operational and administrative support to the advisory team as needed
Qualifications
- One or more years of professional experience preferred; financial services experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable learning and utilizing technology in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

- Salary range: $70,000–$80,000, based on experience
