About WellDuct
WellDuct is a NADCA-compliant HVAC hygiene contractor serving commercial and residential clients across New Jersey. We’re kicking off a high-profile, two-month project and need experienced technicians who can hit the ground running.

Your Mission

• Perform full HVAC/air duct cleaning (agitation, HEPA extraction, coil cleaning, VAV/terminal work).
• Follow OSHA and NADCA safety standards at all times.
• Operate ladders, negative-air machines, vacuum trucks, lifts, and sealed access panels.
• Document each shift’s progress (photos, notes).
• Protect client property and maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
• Travel between job sites and work occasional evenings/weekends to meet project milestones.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of HVAC or air duct cleaning experience (NADCA certification a plus).
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Strong knowledge of HEPA vacuums, negative-pressure setups, and mechanical cleaning tools.
• Ability to read floor plans and mechanical schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug checks.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces, on rooftops, and around active job sites.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift 50 lbs.

Compensation & Contract Details

• Competitive hourly rate ($20-$32)
• Contract duration: 2 months (start date: July 1st).
• Contract may be extended if workload and performance warrant it.
• Company vehicles, tools, and PPE provided.
• Opportunities to move into permanent roles with strong performance.
