Do you enjoy helping older adults and their families navigate difficult care decisions? Are you someone who builds trusted professional relationships, educates rather than sells, and enjoys working as part of an exceptional team?

Visiting Angels is seeking a Community Liaison to educate families and healthcare professionals about our private-duty home care services while helping older adults remain safe and independent at home.

This relationship-driven position combines community outreach, family consultations, and collaboration with an experienced care leadership team.

Experience

Experience in private-duty home care is strongly preferred. Candidates with significant experience working with older adults and their families will also be considered.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, therapists, case managers, assisted living communities, elder law attorneys, and other community professionals.
• Meet with families, assess their needs, and guide them through arranging quality in-home care.
• Conduct in-home consultations and professionally represent Visiting Angels throughout the community.
• Follow up consistently with families and referral sources.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure new clients are appropriately assessed, matched with qualified caregivers, and successfully started.
• Learn and consistently follow our established systems, processes, and standards of care.
