• We are flexible with your scheduling needs — our hours are: Monday 8 AM - 3 PM; Tuesday 12 PM - 7 PM; Wednesday 9 AM - 4 PM; Friday 8 AM - 6 PM; Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM; Sunday 9 AM - 3 PM

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Arizona
