In the role of LTC Day Nurse, you will be essential in delivering top-notch care to residents, prioritizing their comfort and overall well-being. You will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to foster a nurturing atmosphere for those under your care.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor and document the health status and progress of residents
• Work with interdisciplinary team members to create and execute care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting required
