Position Details

We are currently looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to become a part of our team at a vibrant and innovative Senior Living Community situated in Winston-Salem, NC.

  • Setting: Senior Living
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Holidays or Weekends
  • Hourly Rate: Full-Time ($46-$49/hr) & PRN ($50-$55/hr)

Qualifications

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver a comprehensive range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment, adhering to professional practices and ethical standards.

  • Licenses and Certifications:
    • Must possess and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification
    • Current CPR certification is preferred
  • Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Experience: 0-1 years
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance patients’ physical capabilities.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and effective condition management strategies.
  • Keep precise and current documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
