• Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24-hour on-call duty
• No clinic hours are scheduled on weekends
• Electronic Medical Record system: Epic
• An active Illinois medical license is mandatory
• Board Certified or Board Eligible status required
