All associates, whether part-time or full-time, will begin accruing PTO from their start date and can use it after completing a 90-day probationary period. Accrual is based on all hours worked, including both regular and overtime. PTO can be utilized for vacation, sick leave, personal days, or holidays, and associates have the option to cash out up to 40 hours per paycheck.

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA will be tasked with delivering routine nursing care to assigned patients in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your daily duties will include providing direct care to patients, such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and assisting with toileting, as directed. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a State-approved CNA training program
• Current registration or licensure in the relevant State, with an obligation to maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment

• Make independent decisions when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients
• Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
• Foster professional relationships with all associates, vendors, and stakeholders
