WHAT WE'RE SEEKING

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality clinical care and acts as a Team Leader for the patient care staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide a team of direct care providers to ensure the proper administration of medications and treatments, thorough documentation, family education, care planning, and patient care meetings, all in line with Health Campus Policies and Procedures.
  • Apply the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring seamless continuity from admission to discharge and reintegration into family and community.
  • Conduct daily visits to residents in the assigned unit to assess their physical and emotional well-being, promptly informing the charge nurse, physician, and/or Director of Nursing of any changes in a resident’s condition.
  • Recognize resident issues and emergency situations, initiating immediate lifesaving actions in the absence of a physician.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as required.
Qualifications
  • Must possess and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
  • Current, valid CPR certification is required.
