As an Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse, your insights and contributions to patient care are highly valued and encouraged at every level. Job Summary and Qualifications

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Exhibiting knowledge of human growth and development specific to various age groups, along with the assessment and treatment of patients.
  • Maintaining the privacy of patients and safeguarding their Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Applying the nursing process to provide individualized care that addresses patient needs.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in performing technical skills and procedures.
  • Accurately documenting all aspects of patient care.

The qualifications required for this role are:

  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Tennessee State Board of Nursing or a Compact State.
  • Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
  • A minimum of one year of RN experience.
