A medical services organization in California is currently seeking an experienced, licensedPhysical Therapist (PT) to join their team as their newClinical Director of Physical Therapy. In this role, theClinical Director of Therapy will be responsible for managing and supervising the operations, functions, activities, and projects of the Physical & Hand Therapy Departments.
About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (1 Saturday per month)
• Hours: 8am to 4:30-5pm
• Call: None
• Specialty: Physical & Rehabilitation MedicineResponsibilities:
  TheClinical Director of Physical Therapy will be responsible for:
  • Managing, planning, and coordinating the clinic's operations
  • Supervising all clinical staff
  • Monitoring the delivery of patient services
  • Acting as liaison with patients, staff, Physicians, and insurance companies
  • Serving in the dual role of Clinical Director and practicing Physical Therapist
  • Performing other duties, as neededQualifications:
    • 8+ years of Physical Therapy experience; 3+ years of experience in a Leadership role
    • Master's and/or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
    • CA Physical Therapist (PT) license
