Commercial Mechanical Superintendent– Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Superintendent experienced in Service Retrofits for our team. Our Superintendents are responsible for installation of multiple types of HVAC mechanical and plumbing projects in commercial applications. They must be able to interpret mechanical plans and specifications to install a variety of systems. This candidate must have the ability to evaluate building systems and installations to ensure that they are safe, meet local/international building codes and equipment is installed per manufacturer recommended guidelines. Our Superintendents may have a variety of background experience such as plumbing, welding, pipefitting, sheet metal and general mechanical skills. They must be able to adapt to perform other skills as required for the installation of mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems. Our Superintendents must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, and exceptional work ethics to develop trust with the customer and respect from co-workers. Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
