Job Type

• Temp-to-Hire

Duties

• Operate hand grinders and other shop equipment safely.

• Grind, deburr, and prepare rotating equipment components for repair and balancing.

• Assist with machining, drilling, grinding, milling, and other shop operations.

• Perform general labor tasks to support production and shop activities.

• Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accurate work.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Assist the Shop Manager and production team as needed.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Overtime available on Saturdays and Sundays as needed

Pay

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using grinders, power tools, or shop equipment.

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.

• Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience is preferred but not required.
