In this role, you’ll support production operations by assisting with packaging, quality checks, and machine operation tasks that help keep production running efficiently. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Production Team Member Duties:

• Perform general production tasks such as stacking, sorting, and packaging materials

• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Assist with machine operation and material setup

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and support team production goals

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm

• 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am

• including weekends and overtime as needed

Pay:

$22

Production Team Member Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing throughout the shift

• Basic math skills and ability to read measurements (tape measure)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• At least 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience
