• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate the effectiveness of care for a variety of patient demographics.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patient safety and well-being.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care processes.
• Maintain precise and thorough clinical documentation to support patient care.

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
