Job Description
Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Location: On-site in San Antonio, TX, with the opportunity to work closely alongside an experienced, collaborative legal team.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have 4+ years of business/commercial litigation experience. Candidates from in-house legal departments or primarily solo practices will not be considered.

Job Description
- Represent business clients in litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business transaction documents.
- Advise business owners on entity formation, governance, licensing, and operational legal matters.
- Manage pre-litigation disputes, demand letters, negotiations, and commercial conflicts.
- Appear in court, conduct hearings, negotiate settlements, and manage cases through completion.
- Build trusted client relationships while providing strategic legal guidance.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and progress.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain organized case files and timely documentation.
- Participate in prospective client consultations and business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license.
- 4+ years of business/commercial litigation experience.
- Experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Business transactional and contract drafting experience preferred.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and client counseling skills.
- Law firm experience required.
- No in-house or solo practitioner background.
