In the context of a major issue of the mandate, related to the reorganization of the mode of management of public transport on its territory, Saint-Malo Agglomération is undertaking an ambitious transformation of its mobility policy.
To accompany this dynamic, our public establishment recruits its future Director of Mobility, Transport, Accessibility, and Bicycle Plan, responsible for piloting and coordinating all mobility policies at the scale of the 18 communes of the territory.
Your MissionsStrategic Piloting And Management
Pilot, structure, and animate the Mobility Directorate (4 agents)
Define and implement strategic orientations in conjunction with elected officials and the General Directorate
Accompany public decision-making and contribute to strategic arbitrations
Ensure strategic and operational management, promoting team engagement, skill development, and cohesion
Promote a culture of transversality and cooperation within the CODIR
Development And Implementation Of Mobility Policies
Pilot the reorganization of the model of management of transport and the structuring of the network
Monitor the MAT network (urban, peri-urban, school) and its operator
Deploy a new ticketing system
Coordinate the implementation of the master cycling plan
Develop and monitor the Vélo MAT service (bicycles on a shared basis)
Contribute to the strategy for the development of intermodal exchange hubs
Pilot the energy transition of mobilities and the decarbonization of the vehicle fleet
Operational Piloting And Management
Supervise budgetary, administrative, and regulatory aspects
Develop and monitor pilotage tools (indicators, mobility observatory)
Ensure service quality, economic performance, and continuous improvement
Monitor the heritage related to mobilities (infrastructures, accessibility…)
Animation Of Partnerships And Representation
Be the reference interlocutor for institutional actors and partners (Region, Department, SNCF, AOM…)
Animate the dialogue with the 18 communes of the territory
Coordinate the instances of consultation and partner committees
Develop a partnership dynamic favoring sustainable mobilities
