Exploitant Transport de nuit (H/F)

We are looking for a night transport operator based in Martillac. In close collaboration with the day team, you will ensure the following missions:

Take night calls from customers and drivers

Call and follow up with drivers to validate service pickups

Manage breakdowns, absence of drivers, delays, etc.

Control the routes taken by drivers

Control highways

Establish and communicate schedules to drivers

Control driver hours

Control infractions

Apply the safety plan

Ensure respect for rules and client processes

Daily point with the night operator before the end of service

Hiring conditions: Base contract 186 hours, supervisory status. Company vehicle 2 seats. Tickets restaurant + advantageous CE benefits + group mutual + 1% housing

Working hours: Monday to Friday and 1 Sunday out of 4 from 19:00 to 04:00.

Required experience on a similar position - Immediate availability for hiring - Must hold a CE permit
