Transit Section Manager
HDR is currently seeking a Transit Section Manager to join our Minnesota/Wisconsin team. In this role, you'll lead a team of transit staff supporting projects related to bus rapid transit, passenger rail, commuter rail, light rail, and streetcar systems and facilities. You'll manage and work on projects, collaborate with Freight Rail and Freight and Transportation Facilities teams, and take responsibility for operations of production of the section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 10 years experience, strong communication and listening skills, ability to handle multiple assignments, good leadership and organizational skills, and an attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.
