IT Delivery Manager
Job Title
Key Requirements:
- Must have managed fixed-bid/fixed-fee projects exceeding $2M
- Strong experience leading platform implementations, application development, and migration programs
- Public sector experience strongly preferred
- IT Services & Consulting background required
- Strong executive stakeholder management and delivery governance experience
Required Qualifications · 15–22 years of overall IT experience with significant leadership experience in enterprise delivery management. · Proven experience managing fixed-bid/fixed-fee engagements exceeding $2M from the vendor/consulting side. · Strong background in IT Services & Consulting organizations. · Demonstrated success leading: o Enterprise platform implementations o Application development initiatives o Application modernization and migration programs · Experience managing complex public sector or government technology programs. · Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models. · Expertise in delivery governance, financial management, risk management, and stakeholder communication. · PMP certification preferred. · Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
