Position Summary
The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia assets that support real estate marketing, listing promotion, digital campaigns, print materials, video content, social media, and internal communications. This mid-level role combines graphic design, multimedia production, and digital content development, requiring both independent execution and collaboration with marketing leadership, agents, and internal stakeholders. The position demands a balance of speed, accuracy, creativity, and technical proficiency in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Brand and Creative Development
Create visually compelling and multimedia-driven content that supports listing marketing, agent branding and promotional marketing, office events, and company campaigns.
Real Estate Marketing and Multimedia Production
Design and produce brochures, flyers, postcards, eBlasts, closing books, maps, social media content, ads, signage and presentations for agent branding, company initiatives and property marketing.
Create and edit multimedia content including social media reels, motion graphics, and basic animation.
Collaboration and Production
Work closely with agents, marketing staff, leadership, printers, and external vendors to execute projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a deadline-driven environment.
Professional and Operational Support
Respond to urgent business needs and time-sensitive creative and multimedia requests, including responding to emails in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, marketing design, or a closely related creative role. Similar job descriptions and hiring templates commonly call for at least three years of comparable experience for multimedia-focused roles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, luxury branding, advertising agency, or a similarly fast-paced, client-service-driven industry.
Experience with short-form video editing and multimedia content adaptation for social media platforms.
Proactive, highly organized self-starter with the ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines and oversee projects from concept to completion.
Software expectations
Technical Skills / Software Proficiency
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, or comparable video and motion graphics tools such as CupCut.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation design tools, including PowerPoint and Canva.
Experience preparing files for both print and digital distribution, including resolution, compression, export settings, and platform-specific formatting, is required.
