Ontario Center seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and support nursing staff in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN Supervisor will oversee clinical care, coordinate resident treatment plans, monitor quality and safety, and mentor nursing staff to ensure resident-centered, compassionate care. Responsibilities include supervising LPNs and CNAs, collaborating with therapy and interdisciplinary teams, managing documentation, and responding to changes in residents’ conditions. This role supports a culture of dignity, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement in resident quality of life and clinical outcomes.
