Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships with companies throughout the South Florida market.
- Manage a blended desk that includes staffing sales, client development, recruiting, and candidate placement.
- Recruit professional-level candidates across multiple skill sets and industries.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, prospects, candidates, and community contacts.
- Use recruiting platforms, technology tools, and AI-supported resources to identify talent and support business growth.
- Partner with leadership and internal team members to deliver high-quality staffing solutions and long-term client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
