Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Operations Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive leader who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, improving workflows, and helping teams execute meaningful projects with clarity and accountability.
The Project Manager / Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage initiatives across publishing, curriculum development, digital content, ministry campaigns, video production, and client deliverables. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, Christian ministry environment and wants to make a visible impact through process improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables stay on track.
- Build project plans, workflows, schedules, accountability systems, and clear ownership structures.
- Coordinate with senior leadership, internal staff, contractors, vendors, and creative teams to support successful execution.
- Lead project meetings, communicate updates, identify risks, and follow up on key action items.
- Improve internal processes, operational systems, and team efficiency across departments.
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving publishing, curriculum, digital content, marketing, ministry campaigns, and media production.
