- Educate patients on the purpose and procedures of their treatments, tests, and equipment
- Set and calibrate CPAP and BiPAP machines to prescribed settings
- Fit patients with masks and guide them on proper care and maintenance
- Monitor patient machine usage and report compliance data to insurance providers
- Serve as a liaison between patients and other departments, ensuring feedback is heard and addressed
- Build and nurture relationships with referral sources and represent Sea Breeze in the community
- Act as the organization's clinical leader, setting the standard for quality care
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Balance independent work with collaborative teamwork
Required:
- Associate degree from an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program
- Active Respiratory Therapist license in the State of New Hampshire
- DME experience with CPAP and BiPAP therapy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with webcam-based communication
- A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities
