Leading boutique Medical Malpractice and Professional Liability Defense firm has immediate openings for Litigation Attorneys at the Associate and Partner levels to join their dynamic team in Southfield!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Michigan’s premier trial teams specializing in the defense of hospitals, physicians and mid-level healthcare providers in professional liability cases and licensing issues. The team also represents healthcare providers and entities in healthcare transactional matters, including healthcare business transactions and contracts and compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.

The Partner level position will include equity and succession track position in a growing Firm with in-house medical support.

Qualifications:

• A JD from an ABA-accredited law school and must be admitted to the State Bar of Michigan!
• Prior Medical Malpractice Defense litigation experience. 6+ years of experience for Partner-level Attorneys.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required; The Firm values your expertise and is committed to providing the necessary training and support.
• A book of business, no matter what size, is a plus but not required!
• Excellent analytic skills.
• An ability to assist and later manage complex damage cases.
• Be interested in participating in a succession plan.
