Bank Operations Assistant (Banking experience required)
Located on-site in downtown Manhattan
Candidate must have 2 - 4 years of prior banking experience
in the Operations Dept or Branch Platform, strong Excel and Word skills, and be able to use Outlook for email.

• Able to answer incoming customer and branch calls, able to multitask many assignments on a strictly timed schedule, and ensure dual control and compliance.
• Candidate must have good communication and comprehension skills, work well under pressure, and adapt to a changing environment with ease. Must be a team player and a quick learner.
• There are 2 shifts that the candidate will learn. First is 6:30am – 2:30pm, and the Second is 11am to 8pm.
• Must be flexible.

Base Salary offered is $45- 50k, depending on skills and experience
