Job Overview

Our organization is looking for a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to become a part of our team in the Tampa (Hillsborough) region. This position is exclusively outpatient, emphasizing quality, continuity, and patient-centered care—there are no hospital rounds or on-call duties involved. We offer flexible scheduling options, including the possibility of a 4-day work week (32 hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to adult patients

• Oversee both acute and chronic health conditions

• Emphasize prevention, screenings, and patient education

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams

• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)

Requirements

• MD or DO; Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Possession of an active or eligible medical license in Florida

• Current DEA registration

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Dedication to providing value-based, patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish

• Experience in value-based or managed care settings
