Ambassador is excited to announce that we are filling a Maintenance Technician position for a client in Spartanburg, SC.

Starting pay is $20-$25 per hour depending on experience.

Position Overview:

This role is being hired during a critical startup period as the company relocates, installs equipment, and prepares for full-scale production. You'll gain firsthand experience helping set up and launch the operation while developing an in-depth understanding of the equipment, processes, and production systems.

You'll begin with hands-on entry-level work and training but will have the opportunity to grow into a key operational role and potentially a management position as production expands.

General Responsibilities

• Assist with moving, setting, and installing production equipment

• Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, organizing, basic construction

• Support facility setup and production startup activities

• Learn equipment operation, maintenance, and process flow over time

• Contribute to overall equipment performance, upkeep, and operational readiness

• Help initiate production and, over time, take on responsibility for operating production lines on a day-to-day basis, including loading materials, starting equipment, and ensuring consistent, quality output

• Desire to learn a specialized trade and build real experience

• Interest in growing with a company long-term

• Reliability, strong work ethic, and personal integrity

• Coachable, trainable, and eager to learn

Experience (Preferred, Not Required)

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

• Supervisory experience is a plus

• Background in composite manufacturing or pultrusion is especially valuable
