About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Doral, FL. This role will play a key part in driving brand visibility and sales performance across retail and foodservice channels. The ideal candidate brings hands-on trade marketing experience and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive in-store promotions and product launches
- Coordinate merchandising initiatives to ensure strong in-store execution
- Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, events, and industry expos
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and external partners
- Coordinate product sampling and demo programs
- Track and analyze campaign performance to support continuous improvement
- Ensure brand consistency across all trade marketing activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in trade marketing or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers, or vendors
Nice to Have
- Retail or FMCG industry experience
- Experience supporting trade shows, events, and expos
- Merchandising execution experience
- Experience with sampling and demo coordination
- Knowledge of basic trade marketing principles
- Experience coordinating with agencies and/or suppliers
