Structured Finance Associate

Top AmLaw 100 law firm seeks an associate to join their Finance Team in any of their New York, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Chicago offices.

Qualified candidates will have 3-6 years of experience and will be focusing on structured finance/securitization/specialty finance. Leveraged finance experience is preferred as well, but not required. Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school required.
