About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis and structuring of complex agribusiness and commercial lending opportunities, with a focus on delivering strategic, risk-mitigated credit solutions. This includes collaborating with relationship managers, legal counsel, and senior leadership to ensure that credit facilities effectively balance risk and growth. The role also involves monitoring borrower performance, participating in customer meetings, and supporting internal credit committees with recommendations and documentation reviews. Applicants for the VP, Agribusiness Underwriting position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in agribusiness lending or underwriting.
