Debt Finance Associate

Am Law top 10 and one of the world's most elite law firms seeks a highly qualified associate to join their Debt Finance group.

The ideal candidate would have 1-6 years of experience in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; acquisition financings; loan workouts and restructurings. Candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, are preferred.
