Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 3 for Larned State Hospital in Larned, KS . The Food Production Manager will oversee inventory, purchasing, and general kitchen management for the medical campus. This strategic leader will come with a background in kitchen management and have a proven ability to lead and develop teams.

The salary range is negotiable and dependent on experience with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately. Schedule is mostly Monday-Friday.

  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff
  • kitchen management

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
