Business Office Coordinator

Innovative Construction Designs is a growing California general contractor serving the Inland Empire in public works, insurance restoration, and design-build remodeling. We're hiring the person who will own our books, our compliance paperwork, and our office systems — and who takes pride in numbers that are accurate, current, and audit-ready.

This is not a data-entry seat. You will be the financial nerve center of a company that runs on weekly numbers: job costs, cash flow, receivables, and certified payroll. If you've worked construction accounting and you're the person who catches the miscoded expense before it distorts the margin report, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

• Full-cycle AP/AR, weekly bank reconciliations, and job costing in QuickBooks

• Produce a weekly financial package: cash, AR/AP, and job cost vs. budget by project

• Close the books monthly by the 10th — every month

• Certified payroll (DIR) for public works projects and prevailing wage records

• Preliminary notices, lien releases, subcontractor insurance and license compliance

• Insurance restoration billing support (estimates to invoices, carrier payment tracking)

• Keep our project management software (Buildertrend) and QuickBooks in sync
