Our organization is in search of a Neurosurgeon specializing in spine care to become part of a dynamic team at our high-volume facility located in Richland, Washington. This position presents a unique chance to deliver intricate spine treatments while collaborating with seasoned surgeons, all backed by a strong clinical framework and cutting-edge technology.

The program prioritizes a cooperative approach, merging surgical, interventional, and pharmacological pain management strategies. Practitioners will thrive in a well-supported environment featuring RNFAs for first assistance, robust APC support, and around-the-clock in-house trauma, intensivist, and hospitalist teams, ensuring a comprehensive care system in a high-acuity environment.

Position Overview:
  • Full-time position focused primarily on spine care (approximately 90% of cases)
  • On-call rotation of 1:4 (around 7 days each month)
  • Opportunity to engage in complex spine surgeries at a high-volume center
  • Assistance from RNFAs and a strong APC framework
  • Multidisciplinary care model incorporating interventional and medication-based pain management
  • Access to advanced technologies such as Stealth navigation and Globus robotic systems
  • 24/7 in-house support from trauma, intensivist, and hospitalist teams
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Annual compensation ranging from $815,160 to $1,083,616
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered
  • Options for loan repayment available

The listed compensation may encompass productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and additional shift incentives, as relevant to the role. Furthermore, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may also be accessible to providers.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Preferred experience in the field
  • Completion of a spine fellowship is mandatory
