In this role, you will:
- Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to ensure exceptional care.
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to aid in their recovery.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to guarantee coordinated care and provide direct patient support when necessary.
- Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrate the achievements and milestones reached by our patients.
- Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
