Our client is expanding their Orlando team and is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join their in-store sales team. Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another fast-paced environment, your experience interacting with people could be exactly what they're looking for.

No previous sales experience is required—full training is provided.

As an In-Store Sales Associate, you'll represent well-known products and services within busy retail locations. Rather than waiting for customers to approach you, you'll proactively engage with shoppers, build rapport, answer questions, and help them find solutions that fit their needs.

This is a customer-facing role that combines communication, relationship building, and sales in a supportive team environment.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Introduce current products, services, and promotional offers
• Understand customer needs through conversation
• Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience
• Assist customers through the sign-up or purchasing process

Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or customer service provides an excellent foundation for this role.
