Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with monthly reporting
Assist with customer support and billing
Assist with flight schedule changes
Reach out to 3rd party vendors for ad-hoc ground handling services
Assist with cross department operations coordination for flights, permits, overflights, and schedule changes
Assist with UPS Peak badging, security training documentation, and badge tracking
Assist with Ad Hoc Charter Quotes
Perform other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
3-5 years aviation experience
2 years' experience in flight or regulatory environment
Proficient with Microsoft software: Work, Excel, PowerPoint
Fluent in Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365
Experience with Docusign and Adobe Acrobat
A proven self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to interpret flight schedules
Knowledge of airport identifiers
Preferred:
College degree
Experience in Citrix, Ops ++ and Netline
Experience in obtaining flight permits and slots
